February 7th Ice Fishing Tournament

All participants will be on the ice at their own risk.
With the upcoming Lake John Ice Fishing Tournament on February 7th, the North Park Chamber of Commerce would like to issue an EARLY SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT regarding current ice conditions.
ICE CONDITIONS VARY ACROSS THE LAKE
Ice thickness is inconsistent in different areas, and conditions may change daily due to weather and usage.
THE ICE IS NOT SAFE FOR VEHICLES 
ATVs / 4-WHEELERS / SXS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE ICE DURING THE TOURNAMENT
Anyone choosing to drive any type of vehicle onto the ice does so at their own risk and expense and may be placing other participants in danger.
Please be courteous, mindful, and safety-focused while on the lake.
